Sharing more from this remodel project today. You can see the Jack and Jill Bath renovation here and the Dining Room update here.
Today I’m sharing the master bath. It was in major need of some updating!
Harsh lighting and an unnecessary soffit just made the space seem smaller and dated.
The cabinet wasn’t as functional as it could be and the flooring needed to be replaced.
That door into the shower/toilet area was eating up a lot of space too.
The AFTERS!
Much better lighting and a new custom built vanity cabinet instantly improved this space. We used the same wood plank tile that was used in the dining room and Jack and Jill bath. New individual mirrors modernized this space.
We were able to put in a pocket door and save major real estate in that smaller shower/toilet area. The obscure glass door added much needed natural light to the vanity area.
Tile now goes to the ceiling in the shower and is a larger size, making this shower space feel more spacious and that linear drain allows for a seamless transition from the tile floor to the shower floor and adds to that openness.
One more BEFORE and AFTER!
Up next is the kitchen and then this home remodel tour is complete!
