Sharing a client’s almost finished master bath remodel. This has been a fun project: Sweet client, fun design challenges, beautiful finishes and some organization thrown in! I couldn’t ask for more!
Just a few pictures of the before and where it is now.
The main challenge of this bathroom that started the remodel was this Roman tub/shower enclosure.
Some funky soffits that were hiding vents, etc. added to the design challenge. Between the contractor, the client and myself, we figured out the best way to remove as much as these as possible. As you can see from the photograph, the lighting was ready to be updated too. Notice the change from the yellow cast from the lighting in this picture to some of the progress pictures below.
In the middle of demo. The contractors were working so hard on this monster! They had to jack-hammer this entire Roman tub out.
And progress!!!
The roman tub is gone and the bathroom floor and shower floor are all one level, with a linear shower drain at the back of the shower.
Bright and open! Love how the white subway tile turned out against that fun pop of color in the accent tile!
Just waiting on shower doors and mirror. The cabinets {white} and counter tops {a beautiful sea-glass color} turned out awesome! Can’t wait to share more of them when I have it all photographed.
About half way through the project, the client decided to add the master closet into the remodel. We had fun {well, I know I had fun! I think she did too!} at The Container Store finalizing the closet plan.
One last peek…
Can’t wait for the finishing touches!
