Happy Spring! I know it’s cold in other places in the country, but it’s been perfect weather here the last couple of days. Last week it was crazy hot. Too hot if you ask me {low to mid 90s}. Where we live in San Diego, it’s typically a bit hotter or colder than the average norm of 75 and sunny. But I’ll take it!

Sharing another bathroom remodel today from the same house as last week’s bathroom renovation.

This bathroom is just off the client’s exercise room. The floor had been torn up in here and some other repair work had been done behind the mirror when these before pictures were taken.

AFTER

On this particular bathroom, no walls were taken out, but the soffet above the shower was taken out to open up the small space and let more light in. Typically nowadays, we are tiling to the ceiling. The wall where the shower fixtures are got a semi-custom tile {the pattern was specified} and the other two walls carried the floor tile up the wall. The shower floor tile is a smaller version.
