One of my goals this year is to get my photos organized and printed out. That may be a whole other post, but while I was looking through my pictures this weekend, I found some of the 2014 Coastal Living Showhouse that was in Coronado from this past fall. It was a beautiful house, so I thought I’d share the pictures I took for inspiration.
First of all, this was the view from the back porch. I mean….
This amazing library entry way was so fun. I love the look of all the books turned around. Not that practical if you’re actually looking for a book, but it looks pretty! I keep searching our house for spots to add built ins because we have so many books and not enough storage!
Me photobombing this picture :) I loved the navy grasscloth on the walls.
And that floor! So fun!
The laundry room.
One of the main floor bathrooms. I liked how they used tile to create a wainscott feel.
This was a sweet little guest room. I LOVE buffalo check and this oversized buffalo check wallpaper was so beautiful.
A recent picture of my boys’ room with a flag hung on the wall from our wedding day that was flown over the Capitol. I love the impact a large flag can make on a space!
{More on this space too soon. I am working on a few tweeks and updates on their room this summer!}
Back to the Showhouse! This was the master. Love these boldly patterned drapes.
The master bathroom.
The great room.
The back porch. They had heaters in the ceiling and Sunbrella shades that came all the way down to the rail with “windows” so it became another room but without sacrificing the view.
Kids room/Playroom
More flags in the basement living area.
The view that evening from the roof top deck! SO beautiful!!!
If you ever have the chance to go to a showhouse, definitely don’t pass it up. It’s like a model home tour, but a million times better! I’m always up for a good shot of inspiration :)
