Morristown, NJ and Annapolis, MD
Next stop on the tour bus was Morristown, NJ. We have amazing and dear friends that live in Manhattan and a nearby town in New Jersey, so we knew we wanted to catch up with them on our trip. We decided on Morristown, New Jersey, a cute town with a decent nightlife and a noticeable amount of churches. (Maybe to balance all that nightlife?!) We did decide you could make a killing if you opened a breakfast spot in town-they were (very) few and far between!
Every time we visit Annapolis, which had been quite awhile…(The last time we were there we were on our way out to San Diego from Annapolis and our trusty ’86 Honda Accord broke down in the drive-through car wash!), since graduation, Jason grows to enjoy it more. I have loved it from the very first visit! It’s the state capital of Maryland, home of the impressive United States Naval Academy, and a beautiful town on the Chesapeake Bay.

The Chapel
Had to throw this one in… :)
Isn’t the architecture impressive and beautiful! Mix the architecture with all the tradition and history, and Annapolis makes for one pretty amazing place.
More to come on East Coast Swing 2011!
